Tara is our practice manager. At Paradigm Urology, she handles triage and helps our patients navigate their appointments. She’s also responsible for pre- and post-operation follow up, and keeping our overall service quality high.

Tara worked as a nurse for the past 15 years before joining our team. She then shifted from practice nursing to practice management, managing a GP clinic before stepping into the field of urology.

Her unique clinical knowledge and experience help us triage and book our patients effectively. Helping patients access the right care at the right time is of utmost importance, especially in our field.

When she’s not keeping our practice running, Tara loves exercising at the gym and spending time with her family.
