Janine is the head of our practice administration. She helps coordinate appointments, patient information, and a lot of background activity that keeps Paradigm Urology running smoothly.

Janine started out relieving administrative roles at Bendigo Hospital. After shifting into private practice, she spent 12 years in general and renal medicine before moving into urology, where she’s remained for the past 16 years.

In her 30 years of practice, she’s glad to have learned from genuine and caring people. Her professional encounters have shaped her own experience, which brings welcome insights and a caring touch to our practice.

Above all, she’s committed to treating everyone in the practice – patients, staff, and others – with respect and kindness (and where warranted, with good humour).
